Most products cost about $9 for shipping on UPS Ground Delivery. The price goes up to $16- $22 for 2 Day Air Delivery and for Next Day Air shipping to $35- $40. All orders will be shipped only after credit card approval. If the orders for a particular day are received by 11 a.m. Central Time, then items in-stock will be shipped the same day itself while orders after that will be sent out the next business day excluding Saturday and Sunday, from our central U.S. location. UPS Ground system will be the mode of shipment for orders within the continental US, unless specified otherwise.

Pet Passing have a return policy of accepting back the urns sold, within a period of 60 days if they are in reasonably good condition, without asking any questions. The entire price of the urn will be refunded. Only the shipping charges will be charged.

Orders to Alaska, Hawaii and APO/FPO addresses are shipped by U.S Priority Mail. On choosing the “UPS Ground” option on the web page, the correct amount based on the Priority Mail rates (usually $8.50) will be charged.

Customs and/or additional fees (duty/brokerage fees) will be borne by the international customers at the time of delivery. No responsibility will be taken for additional fees for international shipping. Postal delivery which permits delivery in 5-8 days at a cost of $45- $50 throughout Europe and Australia is generally used. Any overcharge will be credited back to you.
