Should I mail you the cremains? There is no need to mail the remains to the people who you by the urn from. The veterinarians are also expected to do it because the owners are generally not able to. An option would be to send the urn to the crematorium or to the veterinarian to install the ashes and ship it back to you.

What is the procedure to send you a photo for “Marble Image Memorial” or “Laser Etched Burial Marker” orders?
